Getting temperature right is essential when preparing tea.
Many folks think that boiling water can be used on any tea, but that's not quite true. Each type of tea needs to be brewed at a certain temperature to make sure you're getting the best flavour out of your leaves.
Tip from our Tea Coach: Milk always comes later. Adding it whilst the tea is brewing cools the temperature and stops the brewing process working as it should.
