GREEN TEA MOJITO

Our Yunnan Green tea has an awesomely sweet and tropical taste. When you cold brew it, these flavours come bursting out. Refreshing on its own, but even better with a splash of the strong stuff.

PERFECT FOR PRETENDING YOU'RE ON A SANDY BEACH.

GREEN TEA MOJITO

1  Put 4 scoops of Loose Leaf Green Tea in 800ml of cold water.
Leave in the fridge for at least 12 hours - stay strong! Grab yourself a book or pop in at night and wake up to fresh Cold Brew Green Tea. 
Give it a sip, and if it hits the nail on the head, perfect - strain from your leaves. Fancy adding something extra, get zesty and squeeze in 1/2 lime.

SPICE IT UP
Muddle together 4 tsp of brown sugar and the other half of your lime, sliced. Add 10ml of white rum and about 20 mint leaves.

4  Mix it all with the mint-rum-lime concoction and serve over loads of crushed ice. Summer in a glass.
