ENGLISH BREAKFAST ON ICE

We’re massive fans of English Breakfast - you might have already figured that out. Usually, we’d say keep it simple, a good 3-5 minute brew in boiling water is perfect, with or without milk. But what about when the mercury creeps over the 21C mark, and your warming mug of breakfast tea loses out to something a little more refreshing?

ENGLISH BREAKFAST ON ICE IS YOUR ANSWER.

Making English Breakfast On Ice

1  No kettle needed for this one. Just pop 4 scoops of Loose Leaf English Breakfast in 800ml cold water.
2  Stick in the fridge for at least 12 hours, then strain.
3  Mix in a good tbsp of honey and the juice of a lemon.

SPICE IT UP
Add 100ml of gin. We reckon a good London Dry Gin is best, you don’t want to go overboard on the botanicals with this one.

4  Top it all off with ice and a slice. Classically refreshing!

This stuff will keep in the fridge for about 3 days.
